When Boulder, Austin and Ashville were all announced as co-winners of the next three USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships, you would be forgiven if you picked Austin as your destination of choice, expecting a balmy Nationals devoid of the frozen ruts we’ve seen at each of the last seven National Championships.
