Rules of Fantasy Cyclocross

Here’s what you choose:
1 UCI top 1-3 Men
1 UCI top 4-6 Men
1 UCI top 7-10 Men
3 UCI top Other Men
1 UCI top 1-3 Women
1 UCI top 4-6 Women
1 UCI top 7-10 Women
2 UCI top Other

Competitions will include all UCI C1 races on the calendar, all World Cup events on the calendar and the UCI World Cyclocross Championships. All UCI C1 Races will be the benchmark for point values, World cups will be double the value of a UCI C1 Race and World Championship events will be worth three times the UCI C1 point value. World Cups with a U23 and Junior event will award points on a normal UCI C1 scale (if a rider scores points in a U23/JR event, he will get the number of points awarded to a UCI C1 finish).

Bonus Points will be awarded for winners of the World Cup Series (200 pts.) and the Superprestige series (100 pts.) National Championships (50 pts.) and winning a race by 2 minutes (5 pts.). The Bart Wellens rule is also in effect: for every spectator punched/kicked/powerbombed, 20 bonus points will be awarded.

Mini Leagues, Head to Head leagues and other competitions may also be created/managed. Be on the lookout.

Awesome prizes to be announced in the near future, but the winner will bask in hand-made trophy glory!

    So, once we put our picks in do we just wait for the races? Or is there going to be some sort of mid-season trades? I’m not involved with any other Fantasy Leagues and so I don’t know how they operate.
