USA Cycling announced new license fees for 2023, and describing them as a “slight increase.” However, some fees went up quite a bit, while some actually went down. Junior licenses go up from free to $40, while one-day licenses and collegiate licenses go up by 50%. Yet the Professional Road license goes down by 20%.

See the new fees below, or on the USA Cycling site here.
