Gavin Haley shares his thoughts on the World Cup race in Namur on Sunday, after a broken shoe took him out of contention for the finish he was hoping for:

You don’t have time to think about a line, you just go down and hope for the best. Namur was the most epic ’cross race I have ever been to. You left knowing something special took place. The course, scenery, and fans was poetic. I hope to experience this race many more times.

The speed of these juniors was a reality check! When my shoe broke, I was shocked, I couldn’t believe something that simple could ruin something so serious to me.
