See the UCI”s final Tabor 2015 Cyclocross World Championships U23 Men’s start list and call-up list below, sorted by call-up position.

The top 16 World Cup racers get first priority (a strange, U23, Junior-only rule that seems to prioritize travel for the most resource-constrained).

For the 2015 race, that means the top 13 call-ups are from the World Cup rankings. Several riders won’t take the start or are alternates on their country’s team. The rest of the call-ups are based on UCI ranking, and then country ranking if the rider has zero UCI points.
