USADA Lisban Quintero announced today that Columbian athlete Lisban Quintero of New York has been sanctioned for “anabolic agents.” Quintero raced on the road but also competed in cyclocross, including racing for 47th behind Ryan Trebon at the 2009 Mercer Cup USGP race and 20th behind Valentin Scherz at the 2010 HPCX race.
