The 2019 Major Taylor Cross Cup takes place this weekend in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hosted by Marian University, the annual UCI C2 weekend takes place on the grounds of the Major Taylor Velodrome,
New for this year, the course used for racing Saturday and Sunday will use part of the velodrome itself.

Fresh off her second-place finish at Pan-Ams, Clara Honsinger (Team S&M CX) helps head up the start list. Past winner Sunny Gilbert (Pactimo / Colorado Proud) is making the trip back to the Midwest to race, and Raylyn Nuss (MAAP / MINI Cyclocross Program), Sarah Sturm (Specialized + TenSpeed Hero) and Sammi Runnels (Squid x Eliel) will also be In the Annapolis to race.
Marian grad Drew Dillman (SDG / Muscle Monster) returns to his alma mater for a weekend of racing. He is joined by current Marian students Caleb Swartz (Linear Sport / Trek) and Cade Bickmore (Marian University), Cody Cupp, Alex Morton (Cannondale p/b CyclocrossWorld Devo) and Eric Thompson (MSpeedwax.com) as some of the top names on the Elite Men’s start list.
