The Squid Squad World Tour continued on Sunday at Day 2 of the 2018 Rapha Supercross Nobeyama in Nagano, Japan.
Saturday’s race was a success, with both Sammi Runnels (Squid Squad) and Anthony Clark (Squid Squad) taking home wins. On Sunday, their #squadgoals were two more wins and some nice UCI C1 points.
Runnels doubled up for the weekend with the win on Sunday. Emily Kachorek (Squid Squad) took second and Miho Imai (CO2 Bicycle) finished third.
In the Elite Men’s race, Kohei Maeda (Yowamushi Pedal Cycling Team) edged out a win over Clark, who took second. Emil Hekele (Stevens Bikes – Emilio Sport) rounded out the podium in third.
