When Curtis White (Cannondale p/b CyclocrossWorld) attacked in Lap 5 of Sunday’s C2 at Rochester Cyclocross, he fully committed to the move. That is teammate Stephen Hyde (Cannondale p/b CyclocrossWorld) was in the chase to control the pace was a nice bonus as White raced out to a nearly 20-second lead.
The Cannondale ride held his gap to take the win in emphatic fashion and bounce back from a marginally disappointing sixth on Saturday.
