ODAIBA, Tokyo, Japan—The 2016 Cyclocross Tokyo was this past weekend with American National Champion Jeremy Powers taking his second victory in the event and Japanese National Champion Kiyoka Sakaguchi (JP/Panasonic Ladies) winning the Elite Women’s race. You can read our race report here.
