Reynolds Cycling
Reynolds has its ATR (All Terrain Road) wheel line based around a 446g, 23mm wide and 40mm deep rim, a slightly wider version of the ATR wheelset we first saw in 2015. At Sea Otter, it showed off its top-shelf Blacklabel version of the wheelset.

The wheelset tips the scales at 1,526g, about 100g weight savings over the $1,549 ATR 700 X, or about 150g over the $1299 ATR 700 wheelsets built around the same rim.
