Please join Jeremy Powers, Fulcrum Coaching and JBV Coaching for a weekend of ‘cross goodness. Friday, Aug 21 st is a meet and greet at The Bike Doctor in Waldorf, MD from 7p-9:30. This is free and open to the public.
Saturday, Aug 22nd is a full day ‘cross clinic at Lake Fairfax Park, aka Reston, the final round of the MAC. Please see http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=8981 for specific details. The clinic will be 8 hours (9a-5p) with one of the best domestic ‘cross racers in the country and two experienced cyclocross coaches. Cost is $125, lunch will be provided.
