Join the group and ride alone
Tired of fruitless coordination efforts to try and get a group assembled for a ride? Us too. When we stumbled across tomorrow’s Ride by Myself Ride, we knew that we’d finally found a work-around for our espresso sipping, raindrop dodging and napping schedules that always seem to conflict with our friends’. Oh, and work responsibilities too.
Leave it to a cyclocross promoter to fill the voids in our lives.The Ride on Race Series normally sticks to putting on ’cross events in NorCal. But the group has now expanded its repertoire to include two-wheelers of all stripes, from the super-punctual roadies to the time-challenged freeriders. The start time is, appropriately enough, super flexible: any time between 7:30am and 11:30pm. There are only 172 people “attending” so far, but with your help, I’m sure we can dramatically expand the non-participation.
