It came down to the wire in the deep mud at round five of the Superprestige, taking place on the grounds of the F1 venue, Spa-Francorchamps, in Malmedy, Belgium.
Helen Wyman (Kona Factory Racing), overtook Nikki Harris (Young Telenet-Fidea) up the steep road climb to the finish. Wyman rode a consistent race, working her way up throughout the race, and had enough in the tank to go by a fading Harris up the final climb.
