The Verdict on the Foundry Overland
A complete bike for $4700 is not close to cheap or entry-level. However, the Foundry Overland is a bike that is set to do it all— with every feature you could dream of—so that alone makes it a great value. The titanium frame makes it one for the ages; the tire clearance and thru-axle design allow the use of 29er wheels and even some 29er tires if the road (or trail) ahead looks rough; fender mounts allow some adventure comfort if it’s a wet slog; and the fittings for e-shifting make it modern. The Overland can go a lot of places, and offers a great titanium ride along the way.
