Isaac Neff (Neff Cycle Service) from Madison, WI took a hard fought win in the icy snow in Hartford today beating out teammates Scott Chapin and Justin Robinson for the CX Singlespeed National Championship.
The Junior 13-14 Men kicked off Saturday’s racing and heated up the chilly morning. Ryan Campbell (Avout Racing) of Colorado jumped out to a fast start.
