BTB TV turns back the clock to 2008, with today’s special presentation of Cross Natz! Between 2004 and 2007, America hadn’t seen a repeat winner at the US Cyclocross National Championships. 2004 was Jonathan Page’s year in Portland, Oregon, followed by Todd Wells in Providence in 2005, Ryan Trebon in the same location in 2006 and Tim Johnson in Kansas City in 2007. 2008 was a big year for a lot of riders, as each of those four were looking to repeat the feat. Cross Natz takes a look at what it means to be a National Champion, what it takes to get to the top step in December, and who were the men who animated American cyclocross in the mid two thousands. From a wide range of locations, with a wide range of riders, both past and present, Cross Natz takes you back in time to one of American cyclocross’ most competitive eras.
