Jolanda Neff (Trek Factory Racing) was registered for the 2019 Jingle Cross, but opted to skip the trip to Iowa City to be fully rested for the weekend in Waterloo after a long mountain bike season.
It looked like the rest paid off, as Neff escaped from a leading group of six to take the UCI C2 Trek CX Cup on Friday.
