The 2019 North American Handmade Bicycle Show (NAHBS) is headed to Sacramento, California for the third time since 2012. This year’s show is March 15th to the 17th.

The world’s largest and most innovative show for handmade bicycles, NAHBS travels to a new city each year to keep things fresh and expose different parts of the country to the beauty and craftmanship of handmade bikes. This year’s event will make the 15th anniversary of the annual show.

NAHBS has the feel of an art museum, albeit one for bikes. Instead of canvas and paint, the media are steel, carbon, aluminum, titanium and even wood and bamboo.

The paint schemes are works of art, and the exhibitors at NAHBS are as unique and interesting as the bikes they create.

The NAHBS show will have something for everyone, with bikes ranging from top-of-the-line racing bikes to funky cruisers to sleek city bikes.

The builders themselves will be at the show each day, giving you a chance to meet the folks behind the bikes.

For a look at what you can expect, Cyclocross Magazine provided coverage of cyclocross bikes, gravel bikes and all-road/utility bikes at last year’s NAHBS in Hartford, CT.
