Kerry Werner (Kona Maxxis Shimano) kept up his winning ways with a victory at the UCI C1 Kings CX Day 1.
Werner slid his way through seven laps to finish with a 17-second cushion over Lance Haidet (Donnelly Aevolo).
Curtis White (Cannondale p/b CyclocrossWorld) finished in third.
The overnight rains had racers reaching for their mud tires on Saturday.
The race made for seven laps and 64+ minutes of slippery running and heavy riding.
