Sophie De Boer (NED) won the 2017 Hansgrohe Superprestige Hoogstraten Elite Women’s race today with an 18 second lead over Britain’s Helen Wyman in second place. Belgian Ellen Van Loy was a very close third, credited only one second behind Wyman. Newly crowned World Champion Sanne Cant finished six seconds back from Van Loy.

Katie Compton lead a slew of American women with a sixth place finish, just ahead of Kaitlin Antonneau in seventh and Elle Anderson in eighth. Fellow Americans Julie Wright finished in 29th and Erin Faccone came home 42nd. Full race results listed below.
