2016 World Champion Thalita de Jong keeps on winning and adding to her title collection, taking the 2016 European Cyclocross Championships today.

The Championships in Pont-Chateau, France was warm, dry and dusty—conditions not all that different than the 2016 Pan American Cyclocross Championships in Cincinatti.
Adopted-American Caroline Mani was aggressive, clawing her way back to the front and sprinting Lucinda Brand for second. She would finish third.

De Jong has been a dominant force this season and enters any race to be the favorite, leaving her competitors left to wonder what it will take to beat the World Champion.
