2010 US Cyclocross Championship Silver Medalist Ryan Trebon sent out an ominous tweet earlier today, raising concerns that he may not be competing in Worlds in St. Wendel. “Had to make a tough call about Cyclocross Worlds,” he said via Twitter. “Stomach bug has been kicking my ass for seven days. Not very happy about missing the races, but it happens.”
