Sea Otter Has Cyclocross!

But there’s no shortage of ‘cross love and eye-candy at the event, with numerous vendors at its festival, and ‘cross riders everywhere disguised by their off-season road and mountain bike vehicles.

Women’s Race Photos from Treviso Worlds by Mark Legg

Mark Legg was sadly relieved of pit duty when Katie Compton dropped out of the Treviso worlds on the first lap due to her muscle problem. But he’s still a big ‘cross fan, and captured some great photos of the race, with some great perspectives from the pit and start line. [More…]

More Day 4: Collegiate and Singlespeed Reports

On Day 4, our sport’s future stars and our sport’s founders raced on frozen, rutted Kansas tundra in the day’s early races. Singlespeeders, Collegiate, and the Masters 60+, 65+ and 70+ all tackled the course before the Elite Men and Women.

Nats Day 2 - Selander and Jacque-Maynes Take Sprint Finishes, Dombrokski Dominates

 Dombrowski Negotiates the Off Camber ...In the morning’s early races, we saw Amy Dombroski of Velo Bella/Kona dominate her women’s espoir race, overcoming a spill and banged up knee in the icy, snowy conditions to beat Kacey Manderfield of Verducci/Breakaway by over a minute. In her second cross season, she’s two for two at nationals. Kate Scheider of Fts/North Atlantic Velo took a strong third, just over a minute behind Manderfield.
